Our reservations team will sort everything out for you once your reservation is received. Typically, we email you your car rental voucher within 72hours. Your car rental voucher is a unique record of your booking with us. The voucher is important, you will need to print this off and take it with you when picking up your car. Your rental voucher identifies you as a customer and also allows the rental desk to determine which car you have booked.
