Universal Studios Hollywood
This is the chance to see how movies are produced and created. This unique attraction
has many different rides for you to explore including Jurassic Park, and enjoy
the inferno of the movie "Back Draft". This feature is sure to entice
everyone from all ages. You can also explore the tomb from the Mummy Returns,
this attraction brings you underneath the egyption pyramid and gives you a real
life feeling of what it was like in the movie.
Legoland California
This exciting new them park for kids has 17 different attractions for kids age
2-13. One of these feautures is a driving school for the kids. There are two
types of driving schools. One for kids 3-5 and one for kids over 5. Seven of
these rides are suitable for kids 34 inches or under. There are 5 different
unique centers for the kids to play and one specifically designed for 2 year
olds. Prices for legoland are: 1-Day Adult: $41.95 and Children (3 through 12)
& Seniors (60+) $34.95
The park is usually open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. during the summer.
Aquarium of the Pacific
This aquarium is one of the most advanced aquariums in North America. It features
three major themes including: Shark Lagoon, Lorikeet Forest, and Jellies: Phantoms
of the Deep. The aquarium has fish habitat from all three different areas of
the pacific. There are over 50 exhibits and over 12,000 marine animals.
