Which suppliers do you use?
We only use reputable car hire suppliers including Budget, Europcar, Sixt, Alamo, Citer and Europa.
How do I reserve a car?
On our homepage you’ll find a search form, once you’ve entered your car hire requirements you will be shown a list of available vehicles. Click the book now button and you will be able to reserve your vehicle.
How do I know what is included in the rental price?
After you have clicked the book now button next to the vehicle you are interested in you will see exactly what is included in the quoted price, this can be found in the section called Terms.
How do I pay for my car hire?
You need a valid credit card in the name of the lead driver to reserve your vehicle; once we’ve received payment we will send you your prepaid rental voucher via email.
If my vehicle is on request, how long does it take to confirm the reservation?
We aim to respond to you within 48 hours, once we have contacted the supplier to confirm the reservation. You will be told if your vehicle is on request before you make your booking, and this is common practice in peak seasons across the car hire industry.
Can I reserve a baby seat?
Yes, after you have chosen your vehicle you will be given a list of available extras, we will send your request to the supplier of the vehicle and they will charge you when you collect your vehicle.
What happens if my plans change?
If you no longer require the rental or wish to change your booking please email our friendly support team who can make these changes for you.
What do I need to take with me to when I collect the rental vehicle?
You will need your prepaid rental voucher, driving licence and sometimes your passport or another form of id. Check your prepaid rental voucher for the exact requirements of your supplier. You will also need a credit card as suppliers usually block off an amount on the card to cover against loss or damage, once you have returned your vehicle without damage the block is removed.
